Psalm 102:25-27

²⁵ From before You have laid the foundation of the earth,
    and the heavens are the work of Your hands.
²⁶ They shall perish, but You shall endure;
    indeed, all of them shall wear out like a garment;
like a robe You shall change them,
    and they shall pass away,
²⁷ but You are the same,
    and Your years shall have no end.
